Territory Sales ManagerCovering Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Staffordshire, Merseyside North Wales & LancashireThe Role: The Territory Sales Manager will be selling our clients range of yarns, treads, wools and needle kits into predominately independent knitting, crochet and crafts retailers. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wantsto build strong relationships with their customers, sell products which sit at the top-end of the market to owner managed businesses that are super passionate about what they do. This is a traditional field sales role whereby 80% of your time will be spenton the road meeting with your customers and the rest of the time will be spent working from home. The Northwest is the highest performing patch in the country and was managed by the previous incumbent for over 10 years with an abundance of great relationshipsto take on and still plenty of opportunity for growth.The Company: A prestigious brand in the needlecraft world. Established for over 250 years, their products are crafted with centuries of expertise! They have four key brands which include classic, heritage brands as well as modern, trendyand exciting brands which offers something for all needlecraft lovers. Their mission is to reignite the handmade movement which offers huge positive impacts on mental wellbeing through the practice of mindfulness when threading, which has taken an upsurgesince covid.For this Territory Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Territory Sales experience
  • Experience of selling lifestyle products for example; textile, fashion, handbags, jewellery, teas, arts + crafts, furniture, fabrics into independent retailers
  • B2B sales with mid-range to high end products
  • Ethical, authentic, supportive, warm, consultative, integral, hardworking, and organised
Benefits of this Territory Sales Manager role:
  • £30,000-33,000 basic, OTE -15% (Bonus paid quarterly)
