Job Description

Your new companyThe company is a market leading manufacturer and supplier of neurophysiology surgery products who have been established for over 25 years. They develop state-of-the-art biomedical technology products and treatments in the fields of intraoperative neuromonitoring(IONM), functional neurosurgery, pain treatment and neurological diagnostics.They are a company based out of Germany but have broken into the UK market around 10 years ago. Since then they have been building a specialist team in the UK and have seen significant growth as a result of this. The role has come about because of the momentumthey are seeing in the territory and are looking for a skilled salesperson to capitalise on this.The company is big on innovation and striving to become the global provider of Neurophysiology products and are on a great path to do so.Your new role

  • Maintain the trajectory of already growing sales
  • Promote the companys products to key healthcare professionals in ENT and general surgery fields
  • Deliver sales targets across the territory;
  • Produce account growth plans, detailing actions and resources;
  • Demonstrate in-depth clinical and product knowledge;
  • Develop strong business relationships with theatre managers, surgeons and key healthcare leads where appropriate;
  • Provide demonstrations in the field
  • Provide market analysis and sales forecasts
What youll need to succeed
  • Surgical sales experience with a proven track record in achieving profitable sales growth
  • Relevant surgical speciality field experience desirable.
