Job Description

Tenant Liaison Officer Manchester Staff are currently searching for an experienced tenant liaison officer to work for one of our major clients. You will be covering projects across Greater Manchester ensuring all documentation is sent out and followed up on time.You will be working autonomously but part of a wider team to manage client relationships whilst installation work is undertaken. The client will be replacing existing heating systems therefore experience on similar projects is preferable.Rate: £150-180 per day IMMEDIATE START Initial contract is 6 months. Essential skills:

  • Social housing / housing association experience.
    • Desirable Skills:
  • Previously worked with tenants who have had reactive or planned maintenance carried out on their properties.
  • Been a TLO for heating replacements or electrical rewires.
