Job Description

A Temporary Customer Support Advisor is required to provide excellent customer service and support in the technology and telecoms industry. The role will be based in Didsbury and involves handling customer queries and issues, primarily via phone and email.Client DetailsOur client is a leading player in the technology and telecoms industry, boasting a workforce of over 80 employees. They are renowned for innovative solutions and have a strong commitment to maintaining high customer service standards.DescriptionAs a Temporary Customer Support Advisor you will be:

  • Servicing all inbound contact requests submitted by live chat, email or telephone whilst striving for first contact resolution and maximum customer advocacy
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
ProfileA successful Temporary Customer Support Advisor should have:
  • A proven track record in a customer service role, particularly within a telephone based role
  • 1 year experience within customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
  • Good problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Can commit to a temporary role
