Job Description

As a Telesales Executive you will be joining a busy sales team for a for a growing energy business where you will be proactive in making outbound sales calls and support the wider sales teams to build relationships with key accounts.Client DetailsOur client is a rapidly growing energy business who have gone from strength to strength over the last couple of years and have major plans to grow even further over the next 18 months. With this exciting period of growth and are now looking to recruit committed telesales executive to join their business.DescriptionThe Telesales role will include but not limited to :

  • Supporting the sales team by building relationships with key accounts and making out bounds calls to new customers
  • Keeping in constant interaction with customers
  • Answering any customer enquiries, always delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism throughout
  • Reporting any trends in the market and analyse any lost business to increase sales
  • Keeping a track record of all relevant information and recording this on the internal systems
  • Any other duties including administrative tasks
  • You must have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel
  • ProfileThe successful candidate will have the following:
  • Proven successful Telesales Experience
  • MUST have energy sales experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build long lasting relationships
  • Proactive in making high volume of outbound sales calls
  • Professional approach to all endeavours
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Results orientated with the drive to achieve individual and team based targets
  • Desire and compulsion to succeed
  • Able to handle and overcome objections to influence and close
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A self-motivated and driven achiever
  • Ability to work in line with CBS Core Values of pride, integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and enjoyment
  • Job OfferOn offer for the successful candidate is a salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum +commission + 22 days holiday + company pension and career progression. Required skills
