Job Description

We are recruiting for Bright HR, in the heart of Manchester for their Telesales team. Bright HR are the market leaders in providing SaaS solutions to SMEs with HR, Employment Law, Tax and Health & Safety. They are looking for talented sales individuals to work within their dynamic and fast-paced telesales team. You will be partnered with a BusinessDevelopment Manager and your role will be contacting Business Owners and setting up appointments or online demonstrations for the BDM. They will support you and offer a clear progression plan, meaning that you will understand what it takes to be a high performerand how you can achieve your career goals with them.What are we looking forWe are looking for experienced Telesales professionals who have a proactive and self-motivated attitude! Experience in B2B SaaS field would be advantageous to your success. In return you can be rewarded with a fantastic commission structure which allowsyou to maximise your earning potential on a day-to-day basis.As a BSC, you will be responsible for outbound & Inbound sales prospecting. Rather than trying to close deals, their work revolves around generating and qualifying new leads-and booking for a BDM to sell the product and sit the demonstration Day-to-day Responsibilities as a Telesales Executive:

  • Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs input & output metrics
  • Ensure the pipeline is managed daily to promote a dynamic, fast-paced sale journey
  • Leading from the front to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings via your dedicated BDM
  • To be an expert in our products and services to ensure a solution lead & consultative approach to sales
  • To build effective relationships with existing customers, by use of probing questioning, clarification and language
Key Requirements
  • Consistent employment history
  • 2 years of sales experience or industry experience
  • Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards working toward targets.
  • Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and tenacious nature.
  • A professional and intelligent approach to work.
  • Good business acumen, articulate, able to self-manage
  • Ambitious with the determination to succeed.
