Job Description

What you will doAs an inside sales advisor, you will maximise sales opportunities of market-leading security systems to existing residential customers. Working within a team of established sales advisors, you will advise customers moving property as to the best smart homesecurity system to suit their needs as well as providing upgrades for existing customers over the phone.What we offer

How you will do itAs an Inside Sales Advisor, your role involves assisting domestic customers with their home security needs in a polite and professional manner. Youll promote our brand to existing and potential customers, providing accurate information on products and procedures.Your responsibilities include handling administration tasks related to processing leads and opportunities using Salesforce. Additionally, youll cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external departments.What we look for
  • Computer literate - to be able to use outlook, word, excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a customer first experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also manage own workload.
  • Be able to work to targets and meet KPI’s set.
  • Telesales experience would be an advantage nut not necessary as thorough training provided..
