TECHNICAL UNDERWRITER - MANCHESTER OR LONDON OR BIRMINGHAM - UPTO £65,000 - HYBRID - PERMANENTWorking for this niche Engineering and Construction Insurance and Inspection business which forms part of a global organisation, this is a pivotal role supporting your segment to draft specific tailored insurance policy wordings and documentation, binding authorityagreements and re-insurance treaties to meet out customers needs and where appropriate provide training and support. The role is a key link between the partnerships segment and internal and external stakeholders and involves the delivery of exceptional customerservice to the segments client companies and MGA partners in line with the companys culture of service excellence and high technical standards.Own the end-to-end maintenance of the product wording and policy documentation suite, Binding Authority Agreements, Reinsurance Treaties and supporting contractual documentation for our client companies, MGAs and other distribution channels within the segment,linking in with internal departments and stakeholders such as Claims, Underwriting Strategy and Standards, Legal, Compliance, Risk and the Segment Underwriting Team. You will come from an underwriting role whereyou have proven experiencein preparing insurance policy wording having specialised in Construction & Engineering.
