Location: NationalWe are currently supporting one of the UK leading specialist Training Providers. This organisation is experiencing significant growth so an excellent opportunity for development and progression.We are looking for an experienced Trainer, Coach or Mentor with recent experience of working in the Water Utility Sector.We are particularly interested to speak with individuals with experience in" Water Networks, Water and Waste Water Treatment, Leakage and Water Operations and ManagementThis Training provider delivers a wide range of apprenticeships and are working with some household names in the industry.This is an excellent opportunity as this Training Provider will put the successful candidate through the Assessors Award and supportive qualifications where applicable.This company offer a starting salary of between £30000-£40000, Pension Scheme, 25 days holidays, Company Car, Annual bonus scheme and a wide range of other benefits. As a Trainer/Coach you will also receive business mileage/travel expenses from home.This role will involve some national travel and overnights can apply.This is a home-based position where duties of the Trainer/Coach will include:" Supporting learners undertaking Apprenticeship Qualifications" The role will also including supporting learners with functional skills where applicable" Training of qualifications in a classroom setting and on a 1 to 1 basis" Setting key objectives, course work and reviewing with the learner on a monthly basis" Providing information and guidance to the learner and employer" Coach the learner through to the End Point Assessment" Working to specific quality and completion of targets" Helping with enrolment of learners" Organise and maintain documentation on learners progress" Visit and observe learners in their place of work to support and gather evidenceSkills, Experience and Qualifications Required for the Trainer/Coach- Water Utilities" Vocational competence within the Water Utility Sector ideally at Supervisor or Management level" Knowledge and work experience in any of the following: Water Treatment, Water Management, Waste Water Management, Water Networks" Ideally have experience working on water plants" Experience working as a Coach, Mentor, Trainer would be high desirable" Have a passion for Learning and Development" It would be highly desirable if the candidate holds the Assessor Qualification, D32, D33, A1,TAQA, CAVA or prepared to work towards." A proven track record in working to targets and strict quality and compliance guidelines" Excellent all round IT Skills" Flexibility to travel is essential with overnight staysThis position is available immediately.
