Job Description

The following role will suit a technical account manager or sales executive looking for a suited company to progress and develop under. A technical key accounts sales exec is responsible for expanding relationships with clients to understand their needs.They collaborate with the client and internal teams to ensure successful sales or service opportunities. Their goal is to drive sales growth by aligning the companys solutions with the key account needs.Client DetailsThe client we are working with are an established and forward-thinking IT & technical solutions firm. The company is constantly expanding and investing in their sales remit to promote their services outwardly to a wide network of potential customers. Thecompany provide software and IT engineering solutions to external companies looking to bolster their cybersecurity or integral technical systems.DescriptionKey responsibilities will consist of:

  • Developing account plans and sales strategies.
  • Understanding and identifying gaps to sell service solutions externally.
  • Understanding inventory of available products, and technical identification of said products.
  • Addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Monitoring client satisfaction and feedback.
  • Achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets through KPIs and/or SLAs.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Managing and maintaining client accounts and records.
ProfileThe successful candidate will consist of:
  • Directly translatable experience in an account management or sales executive style role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Background or interest in IT solutions or services.
  • Ability to drive key sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software systems.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • A customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to remotely and face-to-face meet clients.
