Job Description

As the Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing Cladding Remediation and Fire Safety Projects for high-rise residential apartments. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of these projects from conception to completion,ensuring compliance with regulations, timelines, and budgetary constraints.Client DetailsWe are a leading contractor specialising in high-rise residential apartment projects across the North of England.   • Lead and manage Cladding Remediation and Fire Safety Projects across multiple sites in the North of England.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and safety.
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience managing complex construction projects, particularly Cladding Remediation and Fire Safety Projects for high-rise residential buildings.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., Building Regulations, Fire Safety Order, etc.).
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional, Chartered Engineer, etc.) are desirable but not essential.
