We are looking for a Technical Lead to join the Finance Tribe within our Enterprise Systems function in the Chief Operating Office (COO).Our Finance Tribe brings together colleagues from technology and the finance business area to deliver change across key technical applications. The core work of the Finance Tribe is about building and supporting a Finance systems architecture for a tier-onebank, and that delivers performance and efficiency benefits to all the Finance team, and to the wider organisation.The purpose of the Technology Lead role is to, together with the Business Lead assume joint accountability for the ownership, leadership, development and end to end delivery of the platforms.The Technology Lead will work closely with the Business Lead to shape the backlog of activity, prioritising results which are crucial to maintaining the solution whilst also taking accountability for achieving the Platforms strategic and quarterly objectivesand key results (OKRs).What you’ll be doing…• Supporting and maintaining VM’s strategic Finance, Regulatory and Treasury reporting and analytics platforms.
