The RoleAs a Technical Customer Service Advisor you will be handling inbound and outbound cases via phone and emails, regarding technical enquiries.When you join us you will receive in depth training and when you are ready, with our support, you can start taking ownership of cases from our customers with technical queries.Supporting customers and delivering outstanding service is what we are all about so you will routinely go the extra mile to help our customers resolve their issues, using your strong problem solving skills.Flexible hybrid working is available in this role as we recognise that you dont need to be in the office all the time to do your job and we want our staff to have a great work life balance!
