Reporting to a Business Analyst Manager who operates as a chapter lead to a team of 18 Business Analysts, you will be working within a Squad, your role will involve a lot of classic BA work around requirements gathering with stakeholders but also speaking withtechnology partners to map APIs, plus partnering with the UX function to help map user journeys. This role would be joining a squad developing a super powerful communications platform, so you will play a key role in helping the engineering team understand how to integrate this platform with partner products. Your requirements and User Stories will be organisedinto a Product backlog by the Product Owner. This role will be varied and challenging, particularly at a point when the firm are continuing to mature Agile practices, so youll be awesome at getting buy-in from stakeholders on how Agile benefits them, butalso helping to coach other team members on Scrum, where possible.Career DevelopmentBusiness Analysts have several career paths available to them at our client; over the next 12-18 months as the BA team expands, a layer of more Senior BA roles is expected to open up; they are possibilities to move towards Product Owner positions. They aredeveloping new positions for Scrum Masters so for any Business Analysts who are interested in becoming a Scrum Master, this avenue is becoming an option tooRequired experience
