Job Description

TEAM TEACH TRAINED TALongsight Primary School Are you a highly motivated, confident and good role model for young peopleDo you have a passion to provide, engage primary aged childrenTeam-Teach Teaching Assistant or Team-Teach TA Have you received training in Team-Teach Are you looking for a role within Special Needs Do you have previous experience of working with and managing challenging behaviour in an educational settingProspero require a Team-Teach Teaching Assistant/Team-Teach TA, experienced in working with challenging students to work for a large SEND school in catering for pupils with SEMH. The post will be working across Key Stages 2 pupils, Primary Schools, you will be supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups in a school for students with AUTISM/SEMH If you are a Team-Teach Teaching Assistant / Team-Teach TA with knowledge and experience of supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and learning difficulties.The Role:

  • Work with a group of identified pupils
  • Use your experience to enhance learning and support
  • Have the skills and knowledge to support children with a range of needs
  • Provide effective strategies to promote positive attitudes to learning
  • Ideal opportunity for students looking to gain paid experience before a PGCE in 2020/21

    • Requirements:
  • Team Teach Trained
  • BA (Hons) degree (or something similar)
  • DBS (clean and relevant) - Can be obtained through Prospero Teaching
  • Safeguarding certificate
  • A committed and enthusiastic attitude to work
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to form new relationships
