Team PA - Manchester - £30,000 – HybridA successful, dynamic and rapidly growing business based in Manchester are looking for a personable PA / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to join them. You will be a crucial part of the team, supporting the business to ensure the day to day runningfor operations and all admin tasks.Please note – hybrid working is offered – two days per week offered from home.As the Team PA you will work to effectively manage the calendars of team members including scheduling meetings, appointments and events. You will assist with the planning and execution of team events and functions and will handle venue booking, logisticsand catering arrangements. You will also provide a first point of contact for any office related queries such as room booking, mail and compliance.Attention to detail will be vital as you manage a number diaries and calendars as well as events. This is a vital, highly visible role and would suit someone personable, motivated and that is keen to build great working relationships across the business.Prior experience in a similar PA, Personal Assistant or EA role would be beneficial.The salary on offer for this role is up to £30,000 plus benefits.
