Job Description

Full-time, permanent role based in Manchester, offering up to £22,500 per annum depending on experience.Are you an administrator looking for your next opportunity Or perhaps a law graduate or equivalent looking to gain experience in an internationally-recognised law firm Then this could be the role for you! Based in Manchester, the successful applicant willbe working alongside other Team Assistants to provide outstanding administrative support to the firm’s partners, fee earners and PAs, across all the office’s departments.Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Document-work, including producing, engrossing, scheduling and compiling documents, and obtaining official document copies from the relevant parties
  • General file management: opening and closing files, filing documents including deeds and correspondence, assisting with the archiving and retrieval of files and maintaining filing and document management systems
  • Printing, photocopying and scanning, and assisting with postal duties both incoming and outgoing
  • Other administrative duties, including providing support cover for other departments, when required
  • Ad-hoc reception cover when required
Prospective applicants must have excellent communication, organisation and attention-to-detail skills, be able to work to deadlines and thrive working as part of a team. Excellent IT skills and some flexibility over working hours is required, andprevious administrative experience, or office experience within professional services, is also desirable.If you think this is the role for you, please apply online today!
