Job Description

KS2 SEND TATradewind are currently looking for a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to work with one of our lovely schools in Wythenshawe.If you are experienced with working alongside Educational Health Care Plans, and have experience working in a primary school, we would love to speak to you!Desirable characteristics:

  • Empathetic and warm personality
  • Experience supporting a child on a 1:1 basis
  • Autism experience
The role is working on a full-time basis, 8:30AM - 4PM, supporting a student in Year 2 with additional learning needs. This is a really exciting opportunity, as not only will you be working with a fantastic forward-thinking school but you would also be centralto the development and growth of a child.This opportunity is available to start in the new academic year as soon as possible, and is long-term in Wythenshawe.   • A caring and nurturing attitude
  • Have a thorough understanding of supporting pupils with SEND
  • Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
