Teaching Assistants - Manchester basedTeaching Personnel are looking to recruit flexible Teaching Assistants to service Specialist schools in central Manchester areas such as Disbury, Wythenshawe, Levenshulme, Chorlton, Hulme and down to Cheadle.These schools support students with diagnosesof Special Educational Needs and Disability, or Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, and required Teaching Assistants with specialisms such as Behaviour Management, Nurture, ASD, Moving and Handling and Personal Care.Youll work on a flexible and regular basis within different environments, supporting the school where needed, be that in class, on a 1:1 basis or supporting with occupational therapies, and work with age groups from EYFS to post 16.Contracts can vary, from day to day, week by week or longer - and you can choose which to take on! Great for students or parents looking for regular work which then can suit to their needs. All Teaching Assistants and support staff are paid a rate of £10 an hour minimum.To apply, you need to demonstrate competency in the above areas and show a motivation for working with children on your CV; relevant experience and qualifications are preferred but many of our staff are hired based on merit.All successful applicants will be subject to background checks.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
