Our mission is to empower education excellence by connecting the rightpeople with the right opportunities.The Role: We are currently seeking a committed SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work closely with the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCO) at a reputable secondary school in Denton. As the SEND LSA, youwill play a pivotal role in providing crucial support to students with SEND, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to succeed.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the SENDCO to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for SEND students.
  • Offer one-on-one support to students with SEND, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide feedback on student progress and help to maintain accurate records.
  • Support students in accessing the curriculum and educational resources.
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement among SEND students.
