The team is responsible for providing Fund Accounting taxation services to clients in respect of various vehicles including collective investment schemes. including: Corporation Tax, Income tax, Pricing, accounts taxation reviews and VAT.The team consists of 2-4 tax accountants and manages taxation deliverables for UK Fund Accounting clients in relation to OEIC, Unit Trust, Investment Trust, Life fund and equivalent investment entities.Full job description available on requestThe Candidate:Qualified accountantExperience of managing a team within a bank, investmant management firm or big 4Technical UK taxation knowledge and experience covering collective investment scheme requirementsUK GAAP and SORP knowledge needed with strong Excel.
