About the role Although our clients come from all kinds of sectors, they tend to have a few things in common where implementing robust Talent Acquisition Management makes a real difference to their business and is often underplayed and misunderstood.Youll be getting stuck in to building amazing brands and growing our clients to the next level by becoming an integral part of their People function. Often you will assume a client email alias and for the duration of the engagement you will be working asthough you are part of the client team acting as their internal recruitment function, helping them attract identify and engage then retain the very best talent in the marketplace. Your role will include placing across all of the following disciplines: Product,Brand, Marketing, Trading, Operations, Insight, Tech, Finance, People and C-Suite,At the same time, youll help define, refine and grow our own team, here at The Growth Foundation, where we have a growing headcount of industry superstars who in turn will work hand in hand with our clients.Were a young company, only a year old and were currently generating our growth organically through referrals. We intend to change that in 2023, as well have incredible testimonials and proven our own growth framework, which we can feed into our own marketinginitiatives. Youll be a big part of that too! Key Responsibilities:

  • Take pride in ensuring potential candidates are a perfect fit our clients both in team fit and experience
  • Work as part of a close-knit team and juggling multiple projects and clients at once.
  • Be a resourcing force to be reckoned with and have a passion to find the talent nobody else can.
  • Be confident managing the recruitment process from taking clients briefs, writing job description, benchmarking salaries to drafting adverts, screening candidates and scheduling interviews whilst keeping candidates and clients in the picture at all times
  • Headhunt hard to find talentfor high-end job roles, such as senior management positions
  • Build strongrelationships with our clients to grow future business
  • Have experience or interest in the world of eCommerce
  • Collaborate well and take feedback
  • Keep the recruitment ATS updated at all times
About You Experience...
  • 4+ years in Talent Acquisition / headhunting/ recruitment / sourcing ideally in eCommerce related field (but not essential!)
  • Ability to deliver revenue and negotiate / influence others
  • Operated in multiple geographical markets
  • Operated across multiple vertical markets e.g. Marketing / Trading / Branding / Product / Operations etc
You

  • are able to self-manage and organise, given competing deadlines and priorities
  • have excellent leadership skills
  • will be determined to go the extra mile to achieve results
  • confident, assertive, and proactive, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with people at all levels
  • have exceptional attention to detail
  • have experience in managing senior stakeholders and applying a commercial mindset
  • are confident presenting and building relationships at board level with key stakeholders in growing, challenging businesses
  • are curious and has a desire to learn
