Talent Acquisition SpecialistDo you have some sales experience and an eye for finding talent We are looking for a confident and professional candidate identification specialist to join our growing Manchester - based talent team.Opogo is an Ed-Tech platformdesigned to help schools attract and retain the talent thats right for them.We have an opportunity to join a fast-growing social-enterprise company with a strong focus on internal progression and individual development withinan energetic and exciting work environment. We are based in the heart of Picadilly Manchester and host regular social team events (ping pong, bowling, yoga, kickboxing, bootcamps to name a few!) and a range of incentives (trip to Lisbon, popular Manchesterrestaurants, and sporting events).Opogo is a diverse team of expert practitioners, educators, and technologists who believe in the power of great teaching and its role in shaping and changing the world.We exist for one purpose; to helpeducators and schools focus on what matters most, changingstudents lives through education.If you are passionate, proactive, a team player, and strive for achievements then you could be the Talent Acquisition Specialist we want to join our team!Job Spec:

  • Candidate facing role where you will be responsible for the identification and onboarding of candidates
  • Job board management & Job Postings (long term and generic roles)
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound candidates leads and convert to registration
  • Proactively source new candidates via headhunting/networking/referrals
  • Manage inbound leads from organic sources (website/app)
  • Inbox management for enquiries from our community platform
  • Onboard members onto the Opogo Community
  • Manage parts of the candidate compliance journey including uploading all original compliance documents and sending out references
  • Book, register onboard candidates onto our app
  • Availability calls to candidates and calendar management
  • Work alongside the Talent Consultant and Consultant team members
  • Career progression into Talent Consultant (6-12 months)
Flexible Working Hours:
  • Usually 9:30am - 6:30pm but can rotate to 7am-5pm.
  • We have shorter hours (5-hour days) during the school holidays.
  • August hours are 9am5pm.
  • Working from home is available as an incentive once KPIs are met.
