They are offering a proactive sales culture, however, they also have a good acknowledgement of the need for a healthy work / home life balance.My client is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to move into a dual training and talent acquisition role, supporting internal recruitment for a number of teams within Manchester and upskilling junior consultants.This brand new talent acquisition and trainer role offers a unique opportunity to write your own rules when it comes to design and delivery.We are able to accept candidates from either a recruitment training background, or a candidates working within a senior level recruitment role which has involved training and/or mentoring.The Ideal consultant will be from a 360 recruitment background and may have worked as a trainer previously. Talent acquisition experience from within the recruitment industry is advantageous.The ideal trainer and talent acquisition specialist will have had exposure to great robust recruitment processes and training methodologies.They will have a passion for supporting the development of others and the motivation to make a big impact on business growth.
