Talent Acquisition Partner - Manchester / Hybrid - £50,000 - PermanentTheres lots of in house Resourcing roles out there at the moment, so why should you consider this oneWell, this is one of those truly varied positions where you get to flex much more than just your job filling skills. Yes you will be partnering with a couple of specific client groups for whom you fill vacancies, but youll have a realistic number of openroles at any one time which will give you enough time to think about not only current roles, but future roles too as you build your pipelines and network. The roles will be varied too, not just multiples of the same role but corporate roles including Finance,IT and niche, specialist roles which will need all your creativity and networking skills to unearth and engage talent for.Beyond this, a critical piece for them is candidate experience which is something they want to have huge focus on as the market become increasingly competitive. They operate in a niche market so at times youll need to be high touch to really build thosestrong relationships and craft a compelling narrative around why they should transfer their careers to you. As a natural follow on onboarding is high on the agenda too and youll be involved in the development of the onboarding process, ensuring it works andis appropriate and bespoke for each of your business areas.Youll also work with the HR team on projects such as employer branding, development of assessments and the introduction of an ATS.The business has grown steadily and continues to do so, with a number of offices across the UK and international reach. They are well thought of and highly regarded in their field, with a genuinely talented and collaborative HR team.Ideally they are looking for solid resourcing experience, someone who knows their way around tools such as linked in recruiter but is also creative when is come to building professional networks. Youll ideally have some in house experience with exposureto onboarding programmes and working with hiring managers on interview techniques etc too, however were open to agency background too.
