We have a diverse range of fast-growing clients,who rely on us to attract and retain the very best talent for their organisations.You will be responsible for:- Identifying top talent- Briefing hiring managers- Building and refining recruitment systems- Agency management- Developing the ongoing relationship as well as the strategic development of services, supporting the Head of RPO with retention, growth & development of the accountIn-house Talent Manager (RPO) - Key Responsibilities:- Own all elements of the candidate relationship, ensuring effective management of the candidate through the recruitment process including sourcing, briefing, shortlisting, CV feedback, interview preparation and offer management- Own the client relationship, successfully managing through to contract renewal- Act as the single point of contact in providing an end-to-end recruitment service to Hiring Managers- Regularly engage with hiring managers to understand business needs- Lead in role briefings to enable a more efficient search- Effective use of inhouse and external recruitment systems just as the ATS- Proactively source candidates via multi-media advertising, referrals, internal and external networking, database, candidate portal to effectively contribute to the target for direct recruitment- Continue to develop innovative methods to attract top talentIn-house Talent Manager (RPO)You:The successful candidate will be engaging, energetic and a good communicator both verbally and written.
