The Systems Engineer shall work in a small Squad with a specific focus on an Advanced business unit. Each squad will be familiar and invested in owning service operations to customers (ITO) or Products (Advanced Software).Key to success will be a close-knit tribal culture of customer centric service. The Systems Engineer will be an effective and highly capable squad member experienced in self-managing workload and seeking to deliver continual service improvement.You will need to show flexibility in working hours and may be required to work outside standard working hours from time-to-time, for example to assist with project work.Communication and collaboration are a paramount in this role. You will work closely with the Squad Lead to deliver best practice.
