  • Obtaining the necessary approvals to process all new supplier requests.
  • Working with new suppliers to obtain all required risk, insurance and financial documentation.
  • Maintaining supplier compliance, liaising closely with the Risk Management team.
  • Balancing the use of multiple systems
  • Working with over 2000 suppliers, ensuring they operate in line with our values and principals.
  • Actively managing the preferred supplier list alongside the Procurement and Supplier Management team.
  • Supporting the Procurement and Supply team on projects as required.
  • Providing monthly data and insight on our supply chain.
  • Interdepartmental working to ensure clarity and coherence.
What were looking for:
  • The ability to manage a large list of suppliers.
  • Experience of working closely with other departments.
  • Diligence, ensuring our suppliers operate to our standards and that all the right certification is adhered to
  • Experience of using Excel to manage data.
  • Ability to use multiple systems, we use: Google Drive, Salesforce and Financial Force - all of these are not essential for the role, just the willingness/ability to learn.
  • Working closely with the finance team/accounts payable, any finance experience is advantageous but not essential.
