Were seeking a future team member for the role of Sr. Solutions Train Engineer to join our team. This role can be based out of Manchester - Hybrid. In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

• Conductor of a solution train which encompasses multiple Agile Release Trains.
• Be an expert in: maintaining the speed o f the trains, how to plan and drive the trains, proactively manage risk, track and monitor the trains and bring the trains to the station
• Ensure there is alignment between the Program Increments business outcomes design and delivery
• Help coordinate the ceremonies, backlogs releases of various agile team of teams to successfully release a program increment which incorporate many ARTs
• Work with RTEs and ARTs to limit work-in-progress (WIP) and drive continuous improvement using servant leadership across the solution train
• Address difficult obstacles within the Solution train, thinking critically to resolve impediments, be it architectural, leadership or logistics
• Significant in-depth expertise in Agile and Solution Train Engineering to interpret internal and external obstacles and recommend best practices
• Offer advice and guidance for delivery teams on how to transition to and operate in scaled delivery environments

• Key Subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in coordinating, leading and coaching multiple agile team of teams
• Agile and Solution Train expert with strong track record in leading successful transformations at other enterprise firms.
• Broad and comprehensive expertise in leading-edge theories or techniques in their own field

Individual skills

• Recognized as top level Agile Solution Train Engineering expert whose focus is on coaching and training leadership
• Ability to provide guidance and oversight to multiple teams, growing capability across the organization
