Job Description

SQL Server Developer - ManchesterMy client in East Manchester are recruiting for SQL Developer to join a growing, dynamic and exciting business.Key Tasks:

  • Create, update, and manage stored procedure and triggers
  • extract, manipulate and update existing company data within the ERP system
  • Crystal Reports
  • Create and update SQL based reports
  • Design, develop, test, implement and support new systems and modifications to existing systems
  • Providing system application support, providing and delivering tactical fixes and making recommendations on permanent resolution of problems.
  • Customise system features and functions to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Respond to changing requirements as well as technical issues
  • Ensure effective working relationships with Managers across the business, to ensure the successful delivery of objectives.
    • Skills required:
  • T/SQL
  • Process Improvements
  • SQL Server Management Studio, Query Analyzer and SQL Profiler
  • Crystal Reports (or other equivalent)
    • Desirable
  • Experience of working in an industrial environment.
  • Working knowledge of HTML OR PHP
  • Experience with the Access Supply Chain ERP system
