Specification Sales Manager - Heating Systems / BoilersJob Title: Specification Sales Manager - Heating Systems / BoilersIndustry Sector: Heating Systems, Boilers, Boiler Controls, Boilers, Water Heaters, Water Heating Systems, HIUs, Heat Interface Units, Cylinders, Solar Panels, H&V, Plumbing and Heating, M&E Contractors, Installers, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, KeyAccounts, Specification Sales, Specification ManagerArea to be covered: North (ideally based M62 corridor)Remuneration: £48,000 - £50,000neg (depending on experience) + £21,000 bonusBenefits: Tesla Model 3 or E-Class Hybrid equivalent car and comprehensive benefits packagesThe role of the Specification Sales Manager - Heating Systems / Boilers will involve:

  • Commercial field sales position selling a wide range of high quality manufactured heating systems and products such as: boilers, boiler controls, heat pumps, cylinders with focus on heat interface units (HIUs)
  • All of your time will be spent selling to large M&E consultants
  • Inheriting circa 10-20 on-going projects
  • Taking over a territory currently turning over £2m with huge growth plans
  • Majority of your time will be spending managing large key accounts however will have the autonomy to generate new business relationships
  • Order values can vary between £40k-£1m+ depending on the size of projects
  • Working in conjunction with a dedicated contractors rep
The ideal applicant will be Specification Sales Manager - Heating Systems / Boilers with:
  • Must have relationships with M&E consultants
  • Must have specification sales experience
  • Ideally selling a technical related HVAC products such as: boilers, water heating systems, cylinders, press fittings, pipework, plumbing systems, radiators, ventilation systems, heat pumps (however route to market via contractors is more important)
  • Ideally have sold heat interface units (HIUs)
  • Ideally have experience selling to energy service companies and NHS trusts
  • Must be capable of managing large M&E contractor key accounts
  • Must be hungry, driven and have a great attitude
  • Demonstrate excellent drive, determination, energy and ambition to succeed
