Job Description

We currently have several exciting remote working opportunities with ongoing projects that require interview and market research activity (Telephony) as a telephone interviewer you will be:

  • Providing good customer service, collecting feedback and insights
  • Contacting businesses to help us understand and assess how our clients services benchmark and offering real insights to how they can improve
What type of questions will I be asking Projects range and questions differ from campaign, but you can expect to ask questions such as;
  • Have you used our clients website or mobile website in the past month
  • How Likely would you be to recommend our client to a friend, family member or colleague
  • What could our client do to improve and make you more likely to recommend them
  • Are prices competitive
  • Does the client keep promises that they have made
  • On a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate them on value for money
What experience do I need
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills
  • An inquisitive nature
  • A good telephone manner
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about improving services
Tell me about the contract
  • Working hours are typically 3040 hours per week
  • Projects range from 2 to 6 weeks at a time
  • The role is fully remote, you will need access to your own laptop or desktop computer
  • Calls are made via our clients Voice over IP system; you will need a reliable internet connection to make calls using their call software
  • Payment is made weekly direct into your bank account, Connections Recruitment will act as your employer
  • Pay rates range from £9.01 to £9.71 per hour depending on the project
