Implement, and manage tactical sourcing events within Indirect Sourcing including IT/Telecom category* Analyse spend data and identify opportunities in the specific category in order to drive cost reductions* Partner with internal stakeholders to understand current and future business needs, as well as external resource requirements* Influence key executive stakeholders to engage sourcing as a key partner in order to drive cost out of their 3rd party suppliers* Leverage e-sourcing and spend analysis tools to drive incremental year over year cost savings* Drive process improvements to create efficiencies in sourcing procedures and the interaction with corporate services and legalA minimum of a 4-year undergraduate college degree in Business or Finance; Masters degree preferred* A minimum three years experience in sourcing various indirect or direct categories including, IT/Telecom* Advanced knowledge of contract terms and conditions* Ability to engage with the Global/Regional and Local IT & Finance contacts and influence decision making process* Advanced contract negotiation skills* Strong analytical skills* Strong knowledge of sourcing process and practical application of the process to sourcing projects* Strong influencing, project management and change management skills* Strong computer technology skills* Excellent teamwork skillsIt would ideal if you also had a second language and also ideally be based in the north west.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
