MBA are proud to partner one of the UKs most innovative technology organisations in their search for an experienced Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE) on a permanent basis. This is a client facing role where the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architect is ultimately responsible for clients systems architecture and translation of business requirements to meet against Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities and features.The solution architect plays a vital role within the project and guides the customers from a business perspective to translate their requirements to the Microsoft Platform. Therefore a knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform suite of capabilities is paramount.This role is based full time remotely (working from home).Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE) - Key Responsibilities* Have the ability to architect the overall solution design and digital transformation for D365 CE and Power Platform to support business processes and requirement following best practices.* Facilitate C-Level discussions around project vision, strategy and business outcomes required which impact the overall project and articulate the importance of Leadership Involvement throughout* Drive the discussion with Executive Sponsor on the importance of change management and clearly articulate what successful implementations look like.* Ability to steer the customer to understand what adoption and success means to them,* Build relationships and seen as the trusted advisor with the business users, leaders and project team.* Drive the importance of Low Code / No Code implementations in the SaaS environment* Take responsibility for team adherence to design, coding and documentation standards* Mentor and knowledge transfer to other consultants within the team* Comfortable with driving business requirement workshops remotely over Microsoft Teams or similar products* Working in an Agile way recording business requirements either on ADO or similar tools (i.e. Jira, Trello) Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE) - Skills / Person* Over 5 years of working experience in Microsoft Dynamics CE environment in any capacity* Over 3 years implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE* Minimum of 1 year exposure and experience of leading a large project implementation for the whole lifecycle of the project* Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior CRM Consultant* Experience with working on multi-phase projects and ongoing relationships with customers and examples of being the customers "trusted advisor"* Strong CRM industry and product knowledge* Comfortable discussing and guiding customers on whether to integrate or coordinate data with other downstream systems from data held in D365 and align business processes with the correct technical touchpoints.* Identifying functional gaps between D365 and current business processes, as well as recommending workarounds or steps to close the gaps.* Great understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, especially within Power Apps and Power Automate and how those can complement our customers projects and business problems* Excellent team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities to support project team* Excellent communication skills both with customers and internal team* Effectively and comfortable presenting information to C-Level and pitching the level of technical detail to the right audience.Desired:* Agile way in working and delivering projects, with knowledge and exposure of managing project task backlog using Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or similar tools (Jira, Microsoft Planner)* Passion for sharing knowledge and experience for the Microsoft Power Platform, both within our customers and also internally.* Microsoft D365 Certifications (i.e. Solution Architect certification)* Understanding the importance of change management and adoption when implementing D365 digital transformations.Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE) - Perks* Company pension scheme* Flexible working / holidays* Training is provided supporting you towards achieving the accreditations and certifications required to make sure you are on top of the latest technologies within the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.Salary: £60,000 / £75,000For an informal discussion please contact Mobile -
