Software Implementation Manager(Pathology LIMS)Software Implementation Manager Company Overview:Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge laboratory solutions, specialising in Pathology LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System). Theyre on a mission to revolutionise the way laboratories operate, and were seeking an experienced SoftwareImplementation Manager to join their team.Software Implementation Manager The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management and experience in software implementation ideally yet not essentially in the pathology LIMS industry. You will be responsible for managing the implementation of LIMS software at clientsites, ensuring successful deployment and adoption, and configuring and setting up workflows within the application software.Software Implementation Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of our Pathology LIMS software at client sites.
  • Plan, develop, and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management.
  • Ensure successful deployment and adoption of the LIMS solution.
  • Configure and set up workflows within the application software.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client questions and concerns.
Software Implementation Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in a pathology-related subject, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pathology LIMS industry.
  • Experience managing software implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel when needed to client sites.
  • Willingness to learn how to configure workflows within our clients application software.
  • Knowledge of LIMS systems and laboratory workflows would be advantageous.
Software Implementation Manager Benefits:
