Software Engineering Manager (SQL, .NET) | Hybrid | To £90k + bonusAre you a technical leader driven to enable business expansion through software innovation I am looking to speak to experienced Software Engineering Manager (solid .NET and SQL background) to oversee high-performing teams building enterprise regulatorysystems.In this role, you will drive the delivery of software enabling their entry into new global markets. The teams here are building OLAP systems for data produced by tens of millions of customers globally - data which needs to be processed as quickly and efficientlyas possible. Expert SQL and C# skills are key to architecting high-volume, real-time data solutions central to our clients outstanding growth.Success means combining stellar people management with a keen understanding of distributed systems, system processes, and other architectures to produce extremely reliable, high-quality applications under tight timelines. Our client need an energetic leaderable to motivate teams, ensure robust governance, and forge strong stakeholder relationships. You will need to have experience managing multiple development teams at any one time across a couple of locations.You should also have experience working extensively with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban and experience in a large regulated environment will stand you in good stead. A large part of your role will be to push the business forward through building,developing, and retaining the best developers in the industry. We expect you to ensure governance using industry-standard quality processes while meeting urgent external deadlines.If you have a proven track record running Dev teams AND deep hands-on tech expertise, this is a phenomenal opportunity. You will oversee skilled professionals using agile methodologies to create innovative platforms that pave the way for geographic expansion.In return, you will receive a salary of up to (circa £90k) plus a terrific bonus scheme (to 30%) and an outstanding benefits package.
