Job Description

  • Leading DocuWare partner in the UK
    • A well-established Enterprise Content Management (ECM) company is looking to hire a DocuWare Engineer to join their growing Technical team in the UK to support their growth in the ECM marketplace.As the demand for business increases the company is looking for a Software Developer / Engineer to join their team to sit in an "engineer" position not just a "programming" role. You will have the capability to resolve customer issues, remotely and onsite where needed, help customers implement the software, work closely with the sales teams, liaise with client support and presales teams supporting the whole customer lifecycle.The successful Software Engineer will have:-
  • Strong experience in the likes of DocuWare or related platforms
  • The capability to install IT software in a client environment
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Proactive, organised mentality, adhering to SLAs
  • Ideally, experienced in scripting skills .NET, VBS, SQL and RegEx
    • The company is looking to offer the Software Engineer
  • £30,000-50,000 basic dependent upon experience
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays
