Flourishing technology company seeks a Software / Solutions Architect with strong Business Analyst experience to join their core Unified Communications and Contact Centre solutions team in designing, developing and implementing multifaceted software solutions, in AWS environments, for their external, enterprise-grade clients.The company is well-established and offers a candid and collaborative working environment (no micro-management!) with first-class technologies.This exciting hybrid role is 50% customer-facing project delivery work, and 50% R&D and innovation duties, creating your own products and services.
