Software Developer ( Aerospace ) £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits Package + Leading Holiday Entitlement36 hour week + Early Finish Fridays + Hybrid Working Model + Flexi-Time Options AvailableManchesterAre you a Software Developer with an interest in the Aerospace sector Are you looking to join an industry leading company in Manchester that focuses on training and developing their staff whilst offering flexible working optionsMy client is an industry leading Aerospace company in Manchester and due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an additional Software Engineer to their Systems team. Similar experience is required however, due to the niche nature of what they do- training will be provided.The successful candidate will be involved in developing software for a variety of projects and products, and across a wide spectrum from Graphical User Interfaces, through Real-Time Control and Simulation to Hardware Interfaces, on a variety of platformsfrom PCs running Windows or Linux through Industrial Control Systems and PLCs to DSPs, micro-controllers and Raspberry PI.They will be involved in the whole lifecycle of the project from developing specifications in conjunction with sales and project staff or extracting the requirements from aircraft manuals etc, through developing and de-bugging the systems to acceptance testingwith the customer and delivery and installation at the customers sites around the world.For further details, please contact - Jack Ewer - .The Role:*Excellent training and development opportunities *Remote working and flexi-time availableThe Candidate:*A background in Software Development ( training will be provided )*Commutable distance from Manchester city centre
