We have a range of vacancies across different teams, including:Integrated Neighbourhood Teams - established community teams bringing together social care, community health, mental health and primary care.Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) - this is a responsible role in supporting Manchesters statutory duties for Safeguarding Adults. MASH Social Workers work with complex cases in accordance with statutory responsibilities. These responsibilities are deployedin accordance with national and local policies and procedures to secure positive outcomes for citizens. Social Workers manage safeguarding risk effectively, working within a multi agency environment, providing a professional social work service.Learning Disability Teams - specialist teams based with Learning Disability Health Professionals providing a holistic approach to citizens.Across our range of roles we are looking for:
