We have developed products that are not only disrupting these sectors we are revolutionising them.We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and technically aware Social Media / PPC manager to join our expanding performance team, focused on growing the companys main performance advertising. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven paidsearch experience, with a strong focus on PPC to play a key role in evolving our paid search direction.Key Responsibilities:Manage an effective paid search strategy within an agreed budgetPlan and implement paid search campaigns which add real value to the companys overall performanceWork alongside the wider marketing team to create and deploy salesforce audiences to aid conversion.Analysing marketing conversion stages and audience personas to deliver tailored ads to help conversionManage and execute the day to day implementation of the paid search account including ad copy changes, keyword analysis, account optimisation and budget checksBe the main point of contact for the ongoing performance of our paid search activityProviding paid search best practice recommendations to the product and content teamsWork alongside team members in optimising landing pages for conversionConducting competitor analysisEnsure all activity is effectively tracked Monitor the evolution of the industry and keep abreast of current updatesAdhere to all policies and procedures with regards to budget expenditure, displaying budget control for individual projects reporting any variances promptlyAbout YouSignificant experience in a similar Paid Media role; specifically Paid Search, Paid Social & Display.Affiliate experience is desirable but not essentialShould be a subject matter expert with a passion for digital media & eCommerceAble to apply strategic & commercial thinking to campaignsAble to use analytics packages i.e GA 360.Experience of managing large budgetsAdvanced knowledge of Google Ads and/or SearchAds360Experience of using BingExperience of managing bulk changes via offline platforms such as Google Ads editor or similarGoogle Ads CertifiedBing certifiedStrong copy writing skills and creative flair in developing high quality advertisementsExperience in delivering PPC across international markets would be an advantageBudget management experience
