Job Description

  • Develop and manage a small team of social media executives delivering best in class social strategy across all channels and platforms
The role:
  • The successful Social Media Manager will lead a small team to create and implement social media strategies which monetise the key channels for key creators
  • Creating new processes and ways of working the Social Media Manager will work cross functionally with wider teams across the business to ensure a smooth way of working from briefing to executing
  • As Social Media Manager you will organically grow revenue and exposure for key content creators innovating new ways of working
  • Leading and developing the team you will create a fun creative work environment with high attention to detail focused on maximising engagement and revenue.
Ideal candidate
  • You will have social media management experience gained from either retail, brand or agency but will have experience of targeting Gen Z
  • You will have managed at least 1 team member and will have a passion for growth of you and your team
  • The Social Media Manager must have a comprehensive understanding of all social media tools and ideally will have organic page building along with involvement in viral campaigns
  • Essential to have full knowledge of google suite
