Our client are a boutique digital marketingagency seeking a Social Media Executive to help them drive results for their clients through delivering engaging and effective social media content and strategies.Responsibilities:* Create and manage social media content calendars for multiple clients across various platforms.* Develop and implement social media campaigns to meet clients objectives and KPIs.* Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.* Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful relationships with online communities.* Create engaging reels and captions for varying different clients across a whole host of industries.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure clients social media presence remains cutting-edge.* Collaborate with the team to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing initiatives.About You:* A minimum of 1 year working in a social media orientated role.* Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or organisations.* Familiarity with popular social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads and TikTok.* Experience using Canva or a similar platform.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.* Analytical skills to track and measure the success of campaigns.* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.* Experience with social media management tools and scheduling software is a plus.InterestedIf you would like any further information please reach out to Ben Usher on , About ReCultureWere a culture-driven recruitment business for high-growth businesses.
