Job Description

Social Intelligence Analyst - Manchester (Remote or Hybrid) - £35,000 - AgencyWe are proud to be working with one of the most successful media agencies in the region, who is looking to hire an experienced Social Intelligence Analyst to join their newly formed Creative department. As part of a reactive social and content team, youwill be providing sound insights and analysis of a brands social and content output, and recommending areas for improvement.As part of this role, you will be:

  • Building social listening dashboards for brands, using tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr and Talkwalker
  • Contributing to pitch work, through analysis of social and content channels, identifying gaps in content and feeding data into the strategy team.
  • Researching and compiling competitor analysis reports
  • Solving business challenges via intel and make recommendations based upon findings.
  • Monitoring social conversations, to ensure that opportunities are capitalized and fed into relevant departments
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless comms and delivery of reactive content.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Display a passion for interrogating data and devising insights and recommendations
  • Stay up to date with social media trends
  • Have previous experience using Brandwatch, Sprinklr or Talkwalker
  • Demonstrate a background in monitoring brands and culture trends
  • Developed competitor and product analysis within a multi-brand or agency environment.
