As the Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, retaining and growing a base of B2B clients through hot leads generated by through various successful methods.   • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve successful long-term sales results
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • To act as a point of contact and handle clients individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve clients queries swiftly
  • To ensure accuracy and integrity when processing client and supplier information
  • To monitor and exceed monthly targets as set by business
  • To be a committed and vigilant team-worker
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales account executive
  • A knowledge of how to close a sale, objection handling, selling benefits
  • Strong sales experience and the ability to deliver excellent customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
  • An understanding of sales metric
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • To be organised and ensure all opportunities are maximised
