Site manager- Social Housing-Manchester - c£40k My client is a proven, successful and fast growing company who has established an excellent reputation for social housing refurbishment and regeneration and is looking for a site manager to join there forward thinking team.The role will require the candidate to be responsible for the day to day running of the site, to report to the Project Manager and liaise with staff at all levels within the company, subcontractors, consultants and the client.Delivery of FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) works to tenanted housing association properties. All projects are part of FRA programmes including window replacements, roofing renewals, fire doors, fire alarms installations, sprinkler system renewals and installations. Properties can be single houses or low and high rise blocksMaking sure that the finished product is in accordance with all specifications, to a high standard of workmanship, within budget and to comply with all Health and Safety.
