Job Description

Job Position: Sign Maker/InstallerLocation: ManchesterSalary: £20,000-24,000 per annum + OvertimeJob Type: Full Time, PermanentOur client is looking for a Sign Maker/Installer due to recent expansion in the company. You would report to the Production Manager you will be the lead Sign Maker and have the opportunity to perform a wide variety of interesting and challenging tasks.Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for creating artwork from briefs.
  • Work with the production department ensuring all stages are complete
  • Operating machines such as a large format printers, laminators and panel saws.
  • Installation of the product to a high standard at customers premises.
  • Monitor stock levels.
  • Packing and delivering signs.
    • Experience Required:
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Full clean driving license.
  • 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Installation of Signage and Graphics.
  • Applying vinyl to a wide range of substrates.
  • Operation of wide format printers, laminators and plotters is also a requirement.

  • Able to maintain a clean and tidy workplace at all times
  • A flexible and can do working style
  • Works safely to deadlines
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
