As the senior product designer (UI) in the experience design team, youll be responsible for the visual design, interaction and design systems across many of our digital products. Youll be expected to lead and develop the discipline so were producing delightfulexperiences for our customers, youll also mentor mid-weight and senior designers in a team where everyone is honest, open, brave and without ego.Youll need to have a solid understanding of human centred design, as youll be working on transformational digital healthcare and wellbeing projects that follow a process of research, ideation and iteration. Along with the leads in other design disciplines,youll be expected to drive human centered design and design thinking with us.Youll sit alongside a rapidly growing, talented experience design team of 20+, made up of user researchers, product designers (UX & UI) and content designers, who are focused on creating the best digital experiences for our customers.Whats a typical day
