Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of Manchesters biggest fashion and retail brands as an experienced Senior SEO Executive.In this role you will partner and align with the brand trading cells to advise on SEO improvements and best practice recommendations. You will be responsible for implementing SEO strategy and recommendations for a targeted brand, aimed at improving our OrganicSearch visibility. The SEO team has a wealth of experience and have a passion for mentoring and developing more junior members of the team. This is a great role for someone who is an experienced SEO Executive looking for the next step up!Your role as Senior SEO Executive:

  • Implements SEO strategy for targeted brands; across technical SEO and onsite optimisation
  • Partner with Brand Trading Squads and provide SEO advice, support - signposting or actioning as necessary.
  • Can support the development of an SEO performance forecast for their brand, based on the implementation of the SEO strategy.
  • Can support the creation of an SEO plan and can implement recommendations to drive SEO sessions and revenue.
  • Represents SEO in the trading cells and can advise and support on best practice recommendations.
  • Finds ways to improve SEO processes and integrates with wider business stakeholders.
  • Works with the SEO agency to drive best-in-class results.
  • Working with the broader SEO team and agency to deliver the migration on to the new web platform
  • Manages complex SEO cases and scenarios - escalating to the SEO Manager when needed.
About you:
  • Knowledge & experience of managing SEO projects: best practice, technical SEO and site structure & keyword/audience mapping
  • Experience of managing SEO on e-commerce websites is critical
  • Knowledge of SEO development best practice standards, HTML/CSS
  • Can complete hands on SEO analysis using a variety of measurement tools, including SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Search Console, A Hrefs, Deepcrawl, Screaming Frog.
  • Is very proactive and can work using their own initiative.
