Job Description

Location: Manchester City CentreSalary: £28,000-£30,000 + High OTE (Uncapped)Start date: January 11thThe Business: The client we are recruiting for currently are a Financial Services specialist and transform businesses R&D functions. The schemes they work on with their client-base are fully supported by the UK government and they add incredible value to the economy during these uncertain times, by helping businesses access funding they were unaware they qualified for.Over the last 20 years, they have grown from a small consultancy firm to the largest independent financial consultancy firm in the UK. They also now operate in the international market with offices in 10 countries worldwide, including France and USA. They compete directly with "The Big 4" and have achieved over 50% growth on last year.Due to recent high-growth, they are looking to continue on their path to more success with onboarding a Senior Sales Executive within their state-of-the-art Manchester office.The Role:

  • You will be responsible for prospecting and building relationships with new clients
  • Targeting senior decision makers within blue chip organisations, including FTSE 100 companies
  • Manage the whole sales cycle from open to close - need the ability to negotiate effectively
  • Create a consistent pipeline of new business
  • Cold outreach to potential clients, mostly in the form of calls
  • Liaising with the Field Sales Team to maximise profit within existing accounts
  • The Ideal Candidate:
  • Min 3 years B2B sales experience
  • Experience in cold prospecting is crucial (cold calls and emails)
  • Ability to negotiate with senior decision makers
  • Open on market sector experience but financial services or tech would be preferable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious and driven to exceed targets
  • Confident and outgoing - they want big personalities in their office
